Courses for Fish Fryers, Processors and Retailers

You will receive a recognised qualification form professional tutors with experience in the trade, simple, easy to use systems to enable you and your staff to demonstrate compliance with legislation and commitment to food safety.

Methods of Training

Training Course
Each course is different, but all courses are structured, presented and delivered by a qualified and approved trainer in your local area.

You will be working with other members of the fish industry, sharing ideas and using the knowledge gained to develop your business.

Home Study
Home study courses are available in some subjects - others are being developed continuously. These are supported via the telephone from a qualified and approved tutor.

They have been designed for those who find it easy to work on their own at their own pace. You will work through a training manual, completing assessments and assignments guided by your tutor.
